Although suggested by the title and liner notes that this is a recording from a radio broadcast, these are on-site recordings from various locations within Acadia and Evangeline parishes in Louisiana. Although the Side B label lists "Nathan Abshire & His Pine Grove Boys" at the top, they only appear on Side A.
